– Teacher-Scholar

Teaching business and psychology as one conversation.

A teaching and research portfolio — how I teach, what I study, and how I serve — for students who'll lead tomorrow's organizations and need both lenses at once.

– Research Focus

Where wellbeing and work-life collide

My research sits where industrial-organizational and positive psychology meet. I study how people build wellbeing, purpose, and clarity inside demanding organizations — and what leaders and institutions can do to help them thrive rather than just cope. I'm especially interested in how high-achieving women sustain purpose without burning out.

My doctoral work develops and tests a practical framework for that inner work, translating positive-psychology research into tools people can actually apply.

"Good research shouldn't just explain flourishing. It should help people do it."
