Mission and Vision
Our mission at Nicole Empowers is to help you remove barriers of poor habits and lack of organization in your current life so that you can move into the life God has for you. God doesn’t want us to be stressed, upset, angry and depressed especially if it's caused by a lack of order in our lives. God has a plan for our lives but we can’t get there if we can’t steward what we currently have.
Nicole Empowers core values are Faith + Order == Purpose + Beauty
because having faith and being faithful plus creating order and structure will make room for purpose and the beauty that God has for us. This is the principle that shapes what Nicole Empowers does and who Nicole Empowers is.

Faith + Order == Purpose + Beauty

How We Empower
One thing I always saw as a Coordinator, Project manager and Program manager
in Cosmetic Sales, Information Technology and Operations was that you can
NEVER plan enough. Something will always go NOT according to plan. But through my own spiritual growth I’ve found that we can prepare ourselves for these off-script events. Through guided, faith-based coaching sessions, we’ll clarify what you want your life to look like—who you want to be next week, next month, or next year.
Together, we’ll implement Nicole Empowers 3R Framework - Reframe,Remove,Reclaim and 3O Framework - Organize, Optimize, Operationalize to create actionable steps that move you beyond vague goal setting into real, lasting transformation.
Because your identity is rooted in God, not just your goals, each session incorporates prayer, journaling, and devotionals.God values preparation and order—and so should we.
Jesus lived intentionally yet flexibly, always aligned with God’s will.
Nicole Empowers helps women live the same way—intentional every day, open to God’s direction always.

Meet the Founder
Nicole Dawson, MBA
Motivational Speaker & Purpose Coach
Empowering Black Women.

Nicole Dawson, MBA is a purpose coach, speaker, and life-strategist who teaches women of faith how to bring order, peace, and clarity to their lives. Her work blends project management, biblical wisdom, organizational psychology, and deeply practical planning—helping women get unstuck, get organized, and start walking in the purpose God intended for them.
But Nicole Empowers didn’t start as a business.
It started as Nicole trying to help herself.
After graduating from Spelman College with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Nicole spent more than a decade navigating fast-paced environments—from GE Healthcare and Estee Lauder to Beats by Dre at Apple Inc.. Nicole led cross-functional teams, managed multimillion-dollar projects, and built systems that kept global operations running. But behind the polished resume, Nicole felt a quiet truth she couldn’t ignore:
The appearance of success was costing her peace, identity, and clarity.
On the outside, she was accomplished.
On the inside, she was overwhelmed, constantly reorganizing crises instead of her own life—pouring into workplaces while running on spiritual fumes.
The turning point came when she realized that so many women—especially Black women—were living the same story. Women who were highly capable, deeply faithful, brilliant, ambitious… but tired. Disorganized internally. Carrying everything. Forgetting themselves in the process.
Nicole Empowers is her answer to that.
A movement built to help women bring order to their inner world, make decisions rooted in clarity, and live their lives the way they lead teams: with intention, structure, and purpose.
In addition to being a proud Spelman alumna, Nicole holds an MBA with concentrations in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Claremont Graduate University(CGU) and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. She also serves on the CGU Alumni Board, helping strengthen community and leadership initiatives.
Through Nicole Empowers, she offers faith-centered life organization, purpose coaching, CEO Day planning experiences, and teaching rooted in her proprietary frameworks—the 3R (Reframe, Remove, Reclaim) and 3O (Organize, Optimize, Operationalize) models.
Nicole is also the creator and host of I Can Do That with Nicole Empowers, a podcast where she shares honest lessons on purpose, discipline, healing, and becoming the woman God is shaping you into.
At her core, Nicole believes this:
Clarity isn’t found. It’s built—with God, with intention, and with structure.
And she’s here to teach women how to build it for themselves.
